The Smithville Board of Aldermen met and approved a package of ordinances and resolutions including a stop-sign ordinance, re-adoption of the code of ethics, two real-estate purchase contracts (north and south sides of Church Street), renewal of an internet services contract, and payment to Doubletree Construction; several items passed unanimously while two property-sale readings recorded dissenting votes.
