Essex County Board of County Commissioners met in person and online to adopt ceremonial proclamations, approve dozens of appointments and budget insertions including multi‑million dollar senior services funding and grants for public safety and transportation, award public works and parks contracts, and hear extensive public comment about park conditions, a recent mosque shooting, jail conditions and county services.
