Mike Barnhill, chair of Draper’s Historic Preservation Commission, gave a brief presentation describing the commission’s role in preserving local history through building preservation, education/outreach (including Draper Days), and explaining benefits of National Register listing such as tax incentives while noting it does not remove property rights.
