Utah County Planning Commission held its regular meeting on June 17, 2025. The commission approved prior minutes, granted a conditional-use permit for a 180-foot Mountain West Pipeline communications tower, recommended an amendment to reduce accessory-structure side/rear setbacks from 15 to 10 feet in two residential zones to support ADUs, and discussed revisions to its rules of conduct for public hearings including handling of digital materials.
