The St. Charles Parish Council recognized Nicole Breaux for 30 years of service in the council office and named her the parishs 2024 Employee of the Year. Colleagues described Breaux as knowledgeable, warm and a behind-the-scenes leader who helped train staff and fostered a familylike work environment. Breaux reflected on her career, her marriage to longtime parish employee Terry and her satisfaction at concluding a 30-year tenure at the courthouse.
