Colorado Springs Historic Preservation Board heard a presentation from School District 11 on the planned $100 million Palmer High School renovation — including preservation of the 1939 building, an $85 million first construction phase, and possible closure of Boulder Street — and reviewed a draft Historic Resource Survey Plan with input on priorities and microdistricts.
