The Wells Select Board held its Sept. 17, 2024 meeting, opened with a municipal officers workshop on a proposed small-cell (5G) deployment on town-owned streetlight fixtures and later approved a motion to have staff and legal further review a master attachment agreement. The board also approved routine items including a York County mutual aid agreement, sale of surplus vehicles, seawall design work, donations and several public hearing dates.
