The Nevada Commission on Ethics convened, reviewed minutes, delayed action on a written opinion in a complaint against Reno Mayor Heather Shea to allow further review, approved several administrative items (executive director report, updated performance measures, a strategic plan process, budget priorities and regulation amendments), and scheduled follow-ups including a May special meeting and a June draft review.
