The Budget and Finance Committee (City and County of San Francisco) met to consider four items: CDLAC application for 850 Broderick St.; authorization to spend bond proceeds for branch library improvements; financing to cover cost overruns at a locally owned facility; and a supplemental appropriation for indigent defense costs in People v. Bell. Each item was referred to the full Board (item 4 without recommendation).
