The San Francisco Board of Supervisors Rules Committee considered an ordinance to place a clean-energy measure on the November ballot that would define clean/green/renewable greenhouse-gas-free energy, adjust treatment of rooftop solar and limit use of certain unbundled renewable energy credits. The committee voted without objection to forward the measure to the full board as a committee report.
