San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee met to consider several budget items including an amendment to the Children’s Services Allocation Plan (children’s fund) with extensive public comment, and proposed increases to Rec and Park permit and athletic-field fees; several items were forwarded to the full Board.
