The San Francisco Budget and Finance Committee met to consider the citys property tax rate and Gann (constitutional) limit, multiple budget and lease items, a cooperative agreement extension for Treasure Island, and a contested item to add two Deputy Chief (sworn) positions for the Public Utilities Commission and the Municipal Transportation Agency; the latter was forwarded to the full Board without recommendation in a 2-1 vote.
