At a recessed Land Use and Transportation Committee meeting to consider an item from its July 20 agenda, supervisors unanimously moved amendments to a ballot measure that would expand the citys surplus property ordinance to prioritize affordable housing and set the item for one more committee hearing before final placement on the November ballot.
