The Land Use Committee continued items 1–5 about the Central South of Market plan to Oct. 1 pending a CEQA appeal, recommended approval of an Ocean Avenue zoning change to require conditional-use review for ground-floor health services, and heard an update on a citywide utility-undergrounding master plan before continuing that item to the call of the chair.
