The Government Audit and Oversight Committee heard a package of midyear budget amendments and voted to continue the mayors supplemental appropriation ordinance to the call of the chair after agreeing to delay planned community-based organization cuts until Feb. 20; the committee also sent several non-budget items to the full Board, including an 8-year recommended extension for Moscone Center management.
