The Board of Supervisors Budget & Finance (expanded) Committee conducted a multi‑hour review of the Mayor’s proposed two‑year budget, revenue assumptions, department budgets and post‑redevelopment transitions. Presentations and questioning focused on the mayor’s 2‑year proposal, the controller’s revenue letter, redevelopment dissolution impacts, department staffing and program changes, and several departmental budget hearings.
