The Land Use and Transportation Committee heard a Planning Department presentation on an ordinance to clarify ministerial approval for accessory dwelling units (ADUs), including state-aligned rules, junior ADUs, impact fee adjustments and noticing changes; the committee adopted amendments and continued the ordinance for a March 20 hearing. Items 2–4 (HOME SF and neighborhood commercial zoning changes) were continued to the call of the chair.
