The Government Audit and Oversight Committee advanced an ordinance to amend the environment code to adjust GoSolar SF incentives and integrate Clean Power SF, approved a retroactive contract for inmate telephone services with reduced call rates, moved collective bargaining MOUs to the full Board, and convened into closed session to consider two settlements which were forwarded with a positive recommendation.
