San Francisco Planning Commission heard an update on the Planning Departments draft action plan and conducted hearings on multiple ordinances and land-use items, including two ordinances on redevelopment certificate-of-preference holders, a tobacco paraphernalia code change, an alcohol-distance ordinance, several project continuances/approvals, and a lengthy informational presentation and public comment period on the Presidio Trust Main Post SEIS.
