At its April 9, 2009 meeting the San Francisco Planning Commission heard hours of public testimony, denied a conditional use permit for a recovery center at 827 Guerrero Street, continued the controversial 430 Main Street/Rincon Hill project to May 14 for further design work, and voted unanimously to advance a major rewrite of Planning Code Articles 10 and 11 to implement the new Historic Preservation Commission.
