San Francisco Planning Commission on March 7, 2013 certified the final EIR for the San Francisco Overlook residential project and approved the project; it also approved a conditional use for Another Cafe (1191 Pine) to allow beer and wine and denied a discretionary appeal for a deck at 349 Bank Street. The hearing included extensive public comment about hillside stability, emergency access and neighborhood impacts.
