The San Francisco Board of Appeals met on Nov. 13, 2019 to hear a series of permit appeals including building-permit dispute at 3516–3518 Sacramento St., a variance request for an accessory dwelling unit at 1606 Jones St., and a suspended change-of-use permit for a small restaurant at 4055 Irving St. The board heard extended staff reports and public comment and voted to grant the three appeals under the conditions noted below.
