San Francisco Planning Commission held a remote hearing Oct. 15, 2020, where commissioners approved a conditional use authorization to legalize a long-standing ground-floor residential unit at 2839-20 Fourth Street and approved demolition and replacement with a two-unit building at 1868 Greenwich Street; several consent and continuance motions were also handled.
