The San Francisco Unified School District Board met Nov. 12, 2008. The board accepted Williams oversight audit reports for 28 low-performing schools, heard extended public comment about a Lowell High disciplinary appeal, discussed proposed revisions to Board Policy P120 affecting advisory councils (first reading), considered charter petitions and Prop A oversight committee formation (first readings), and held recognitions and a memorial.
