The oversight commission held workshops on a memorandum of understanding with the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development for implementation of retained housing obligations, reviewed a six-month administrative budget status and the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) for mid-2014, and heard an extensive public workshop on the proposed Moscone Convention Center expansion and its impacts on Yerba Buena Gardens.
