The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure held a workshop on schematic design and event management for the proposed Golden State Warriors event center in Mission Bay South and took public comment; commissioners also received an update on Hunters Point Shipyard remediation and potential parcel transfers, which drew health concerns and led to continuation of that item because of a lost quorum.
