The Abatement Appeals Board reviewed an appeal by the owner/appellant of 683273 Hill Street asking the board to reverse an order of abatement while the property pursues historic-preservation review with the Planning Department; the board denied the appeal, upheld the order of abatement and agreed to hold enforcement in abeyance for 90 days following the Planning Commission hearing on June 28, 2017.
