Major items included resolutions to form a Community Facilities District and to incur bonded indebtedness for Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point, approval of an exclusive negotiations agreement and $5 million predevelopment loan for Mission Bay South Block 9 (141 supportive housing units), and a semiannual workshop on small-business and local-hiring outcomes.
