The San Francisco Ethics Commission heard public comment alleging missing records and retaliation, approved amendments to the Department of Public Works statement of incompatible activities, discussed a pending whistleblower protection ordinance and possible charter amendment, reviewed enforcement and policy work including new enforcement regulations and public financing outreach, and voted to postpone officer elections until April 20.
