The San Francisco Entertainment Commission heard a contested permit amendment for the SF Armory, took public comment from dozens of neighbors and industry speakers, and approved the Armorys amended place-of-entertainment permit with a set of new noise, security and operating-hour conditions after proposing and revising multiple motions. The commission also approved two other permits and continued the Bayview Opera House item.
