San Francisco Homelessness Oversight Commission met in hybrid format at City Hall to hear the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) director's report, review strategic goals in the "Home by the Bay" plan, discuss prevention and shelter operations, consider nominations and committee business, and receive public comment on evictions, provider accountability, and services for trans and gender‑nonconforming people.
