The San Francisco Homeless Oversight Commission met in August 2024 to hear a comprehensive report from HSH leadership on outreach, shelter capacity, housing placements, budget changes and program updates; commissioners and members of the public focused much of the meeting on recent street enforcement, the need for safe parking sites for RV-dwelling families, persistent PSH vacancies, and a new citywide housing quality inspection program.
