San Francisco Historic Preservation Commission approved two legacy business registry nominations (Nihonmachi Street Fair and Gaslight and Shadows Antiques) and adopted the SF Survey findings for the Upper Fillmore Neighborhood Commercial District; the Japantown portion of the survey was continued for later review.
