San Francisco Health Commission heard a strategic-plan presentation from the Department of Public Health, received a security update from the sheriff and DPH staff after a patient death at San Francisco General Hospital, approved an annual patient-rate adjustment, and reviewed a favorable third-quarter financial report. Several items (including the strategic-plan resolution) were held for further review and a closed session was approved.
