The San Francisco Police Commission heard a lengthy public hearing and voted to approve a pilot of 22 community safety cameras at seven intersections (deferring the Sixteenth & Mission location to Dec. 6) and later voted to impose multi-month suspensions and training conditions on Lt. Jerry Langford after a disciplinary hearing. The commission also adopted a policy on stipulated dispositions after debating an open-settlements ban.
