San Francisco Police Commission received a presentation of community policing recommendations from a mayoral advisory committee and directed the department to report back on implementation within 90 days; the commission also heard motions from patrol special officer Jane Warner seeking a closed hearing and dismissal of charges, denied closure by roll call and scheduled an open disciplinary hearing at the Hall of Justice.
