San Francisco Public Utilities Commission held a special meeting June 7, 2007 to consider revised water and wastewater rate resolutions, eliminate a proposed tier 3 water rate, set capacity-charge grandfathering and payment schedules, and to adopt amended resolutions after extensive public comment asking for clarification and a short continuance.
