Decatur County commissioners met July 7 for a roughly 75-minute session covering routine approvals, highway operations and a resident drainage complaint, a developer presentation on a proposed solar project and economic-development agreement, multiple credit-card authorizations for county programs, fairgrounds project and event contracts, appointment of a new EMA director, adoption of an overtime policy, and several small contracts and permits.
