The Utah County Board of Commissioners opened the meeting with recognitions for public health partners, then handled a series of ordinances, agreements and land actions: they adopted an ordinance creating a limited preferential bidder process for tax-sale parcels, approved sponsorship and arts funding agreements (one narrowly), accepted a federal land patent for a shooting range, continued a proposed redevelopment/TIF interlocal for one week, and referred an ordinance about Board of Adjustment hearing language back to the planning commission for review.
