The Utah County Board of Commissioners met to consider consent items, adopt the 2016 certified tax-rate levies, authorize a wetlands-bank agreement for Utah Lake work, approve several county contracts and budget transfers, and set dates for closed meetings; several items were continued for follow-up and one tax appeal (Carter Construction) was continued to allow the company to appear.
