Utah County commissioners opened with a prayer and pledge, approved a multi-item consent agenda and minutes with corrections, authorized several contracts and an electronic-signature process, waived a fee for a Boy Scouts event, scheduled closed sessions on property and personnel matters, and appointed Danny Wheeler to the Tourism Tax Advisory Board.
