The Utah County Commission opened with a prayer and pledge, adjusted its consent agenda, set two closed meetings for personnel and litigation, tentatively adopted the 2017 budget including two new staffing positions to boost tax collections, approved contracts on collections and data privacy, approved an Internet service rate/speed change, and heard a public comment about a tiny home project for a veteran.
