Utah County Board of County Commissioners met to consider consent and regular agenda items including a contested change order for the county's Workday implementation, amendments to the county land-use ordinance, a resolution on forfeiture funds, retirement-plan consultant interviews and several personnel and property actions. Multiple items were approved and the board scheduled two closed meetings.
