Utah County Commission debated a proposal to create a Prosecutorial Review Board, heard more than an hour of public comment from prosecutors, law-enforcement leaders, victims, advocates and critics, and voted to table the proposal without a date. The commission then approved a clinical laboratory services contract recommendation and two local ordinance amendments (accessory-kitchen allowance and several fire-code updates) after staff presentations.
