Utah County Board of Commissioners opened with a prayer and pledge, observed the death of a county employee, held a public hearing and approved three Intermountain Healthcare bond resolutions as conduit financing, referred an RR‑5 zoning review to the Planning Commission, struck a proposed county events coordinator position, approved several consent contracts and an appointment, then adjourned.
