Utah County commissioners approved an immediate staffing-plan change for the county attorneys office to add deputies and legal assistants (vote 2-1), continued a proposed change to CE-2 minimum dwelling size (tiny-home allowance) to Oct. 22 for further study after extended public comment about water, roads and fire risk, and approved several ethics and financial policies with technical follow-up from bond counsel.
