Utah County Commission met Nov. 10, 2021. Commissioners approved a targeted amendment to allow limited shared driveways in specified rural zones, approved a narrowly scoped shared-well option for two adjacent lots under single ownership, referred an ordinance on farmstead estate/caretaker dwellings back to the planning commission, and discussed updates to the capital improvement plan including an urgent vault repair request for the central utility plant.
