Jefferson County Planning Commission held a hybrid hearing July 9, 2025, and recommended approval of two rezoning cases: a 1.02-acre residential rezoning in Golden for Sean C. and Michelle L. Williams, and the Prospector at Evergreen official development plan allowing a mixed-use building with up to 24 dwelling units; both move to the Board of County Commissioners for final action. Public commenters raised traffic, drainage, sidewalks and visual-impact concerns for the Evergreen project.
