The Senate Committee on Legal Services met in March 2019 to review agency rules. The committee considered three rule-extension items, declined to extend two rules (Division of Labor Standards Rule 1.3 and State Board of Nursing Rule 1.28K1) for statutory noncompliance, and sent the annual rule-review bill (SB125) to the Committee of the Whole with a favorable recommendation by unanimous vote.
