The City Commission held a workshop to review a proposed brand strategy and logo for Historic Downtown Kissimmee and to review code enforcement operations and policy priorities for 2025. Redevelopment staff summarized a three‑phase branding project that included community outreach, a draft brand promise and several logo options; commissioners provided mixed feedback and directed staff to develop additional designs using in‑house graphic resources. The second half reviewed Code Enforcement operations, legal constraints (Florida Statute 162 and 2021 Senate Bill 60), workloads, magistrate procedures and options to strengthen penalties and repeat‑violator enforcement; commissioners asked the city attorney to draft ordinance revisions for noise/repeat violators and directed follow up on staffing and targeting persistent offenders.
